Return
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Replacement
After inspecting the returned item /damaged items we shall provide you the replacement within 7 to 10 days business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy
All our products are shipped door to door from our warehouse in Delhi to your provided shipping address via courier.
Domestic orders:
- Delivery time: Orders will be shipped and delivered within 7 to 10 days working days after the order is placed.
- Delivery: We offer delivery across India.
- all orders across India.
International orders:
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
Delivery time:
Processing an order takes 2-4 working days and delivery takes 7 to 10 days working days depending on the location.
Tracking orders:
You may track your package at any given point in time.
As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email or through SMS from the delivery partner.

Cancellation of orders:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 2 to 3 times before they return it to our Delhi warehouse. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code, email Id and mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
On receiving the package, we will attempt to contact you via text, phone, and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you, we shall consider the order as terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the termination off the order.
